SurvivalAndScandal.com respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the site to do the same. It is our policy to respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”).

1. Notification of Copyright Infringement

If you believe that content on SurvivalAndScandal.com infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notice containing the following information:

Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;

Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and where it is located on the Website;

A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;

A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

3. Counter Notification

If you believe that your content was removed (or disabled) in error, you may send a written counter-notification containing the following:

Your physical or electronic signature;

Identification of the content that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location before removal;

A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification;

Your name, address, and phone number; and;

A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in your jurisdiction, or if outside the U.S., to the jurisdiction of the courts located in New Mexico, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice or their agent.

4. Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, we reserve the right to terminate access to users who are repeat infringers.
